“We are building a New Earth Community. A village, healing center, and regenerative farm” – Derek Loudermilk
This solo episode of the Derek Loudermilk show will take you inside phase one of Project Avalon – a New Earth Village, Healing Center, and Regenerative farm we are building.
This is a project we have been working on for about a year now, and we are starting to visit parcels of land in person to scout locations for the village. We are looking at 100-200+ acres in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Missouri
I’ll share with you the vision of the cofounders for this village project, how we are approaching buying land, building community, acquiring funding and investment, building the core team of first inhabitants, planning technological uses, governance structure and more.
The primary objective is to create a heart-centered community that prioritizes authentic relating and present moment awareness among the residents.
Personally, I’m excited about experimenting with new technologies such as free energy, vibrational and acoustic fertilizer, bioceramic geodesic buildings, plant medicines, crystal research and more.
We will be documenting the whole process here and on YouTube for you to learn and participate as we go.!
