Just being able to recognize someone’s communication style and being able to have a way to respond to a situation and move that person’s point of view. The training around using social media has been really helpful. How to plan out your campaign and the different ways to get your word out.

Derek is a good moderator, when he shows up for us on a coaching call, he’s already done some homework. He’s already thought about what he wanted to say and how he wanted to say it. It’s not just a seat of the pants kind of thing, although there’s always room for spontaneity.
