“Adventure is taking the first step and not getting caught up in what can go wrong”
If you look at some of the highest paid and most loved individuals in our society, it is entertainers from rock stars, sports heroes, and actors. Entertainment is always going to have a place in the economy, the big question for many people with this dream is, where do I fit in? Today’s guest has carved out his own niche by creating an original one man traveling variety show.
Chris Ruggiero is performer, author, podcast host, and adventurer. His love of magic tricks and juggling matured during his time at Penn State, and he trained as a teacher in grad school. His love of entertaining and teaching evolved into him taking his “classroom” on the road to colleges and events around the country.
In this episode we dig beneath the glamorous life of a performer to find out the hard work and mindset that goes into creating your own opportunities as an entertainer.
Chris is clearly an individual who appreciates excellence in his craft, and he is an inspiring and enthusiastic individual. This is the episode for you if you have ever wondered how to make it as an entertainer or wanted a peek behind the scenes of a magician’s life.
