We all love adventure, but what exactly is adventure? The dictionary defines adventure as “an exciting or remarkable experience”, and everyone has their own idea of what adventure means to them. At the end of each Art of Adventure podcast episode, I ask my guests “What is your definition of adventure?” Many guests have mentioned elements of challenge, getting comfortable being uncomfortable, travel, experiencing our humanity, and change.
