“I would have people love instead of fear”- Adam Stanecki of the Virtuosity Project on what he wishes for the world
In this episode, I have the super cool Adam Stanecki on as a guest. Adam was one of the first Crossfit gym owners in Australia (and worldwide). He sold his gym and is now the founder of the Virtuosity Project, where he teaches fitness professionals and gym owners how to grow their business. In this episode, we get into some specific ways that he helps people break through their plateaus and glass ceilings. We also dig into the idea of fear and how to keep progressing in spite of fear. When I think of Adam, I think of a strong, tough guy with a huge heart, lots of love for his family and work, and full of insights that seem to arrive at just the right moment. I bet you will find some shiny gems in this episode! If you do any coaching, or work in the fitness industry, this is an episode you don’t want to miss!
What you will learn in this episode:
-What Adam thinks is the most basic human fear
-Why money should only be an indicator
-How he provides value up front in his business
-The importance of patience and momentum
-Why Adam hires a business coach even though he is a business coach
-How to “get out of your own way”
-Why many entrepreneurs are busy doing things they don’t need to do
